Since having two hypnotherapy sessions with Mark Sheppard I feel as though I have had a weight taken off my shoulders, the anxiety of presenting in front of people was always my biggest fear, I've suffered panic attacks in the past due to presenting and now since my two sessions (it only took two-AMAZING!) I am totally overwhelmed by the fact that I no longer have that fear, it's actually quite bizarre that I now love the opportunity to present.
